Praying friends~It is hard to believe that another month is coming to an end. I feel I should continue posting into September. Please pray for a clear “word” from the Lord as to the direction in prayer He wants us to take in September. I have been amazed to see how He is using this for His glory. Prayer Pointer: The riches of God’s wisdom and knowledge manifest His complete, comprehensive, and sovereign ultimate plan. Not only is He omniscient in that plan, but He executes it with wisdom. Whatever wisdom and knowledge man might have, it does not compare to the infinite extent of God’s. I ask You to take me into a deeper understanding of all that You have given me through the Cross. Holy Spirit, come and fill me today afresh and anew with the purposes of Your Kingdom. Wednesday, August 30, 2023: Read John 17:15-17
Prayer Pointer: Go deeper and deeper into His Word. You cannot exhaust it. It cannot be comprehended in its fullness in all the days of our lives. So number your days; discipline yourself to be a man of the Word, a woman of the Word. Study it, learn it, know it, believe it, and obey it. Then I guarantee that when the test or the trial or the temptation comes, you will be the overcomer: “This is the victory that has overcome the world–our faith.” (1 John 5:4) ~Kay Arthur
