Dear praying friends, It is hard to believe that we are now at the end of 2023. When I felt prompted by the Lord to begin posting daily Bible/prayer prompts on June 1, I was not sure how long He would ask me to keep on posting. But here we are in December 2023 and the Holy Spirit leads on. This post will be shorter and I will do a week long post starting on Monday, December 4. The prayer on my heart for this month is SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD as WE CELEBRATE YOUR FIRST COMING AND AWAIT YOUR RETURN! On December 3rd, we enter the season of Advent in preparation for celebrating Christ’s birth on December 25. I hope you will take some extra time this month asking the Lord to help you to prepare. We will begin this month with reading from Isaiah 9. Please keep praying for the leading of the Holy Spirit as we pray on together. Blessings, Gina

Prayer Pointer: The acid test to know if you are truly His is this: have you been changed? Has something happened inside of you, calling you to go in a new direction? It is inconceivable to think that the Almighty, Most Holy God of the Universe would come to live inside of a person and that person not know it… and that person not be changed. ~from the Advent Devotional Never the Same Again
Prayer “Fuel”: Lord, help me and my brothers and sisters across the world to prepare to celebrate Your birth in a greater celebration than ever before! Prepare our hearts to receive You anew in Your power and glory. Let You light dawn even more in each of us. (add your own prayers) SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD as WE CELEBRATE YOUR FIRST COMING AND AWAIT YOUR RETURN!
