Dear Praying Friends, As I write this, I am still fervently praying for the upcoming National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 2, 2024. This is the 73rd annual National Day of Prayer. Other Nations will be praying with us and for us. The battles have been pretty intense as we have prepared and I ask for your continuing prayers for the day and beyond. I think we would all agree that America needs our prayers. This month, I will add to our prayer prompt the last component from the dream that I had in December 2023: FELLOWSHIP. I feel that we should pray through the Book of Acts during May to contemplate what His early Church looked like. I invite you to join me in May as we pray: SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD as WE SHARE FELLOWSHIP IN YOUR CHURCH!

Prayer “Fuel”: Lord, as thousands of prayers are offered today for our Nation, bring a holy “hush”. Show every person in our borders that You are Lord and that You are returning someday. You have told us that You don’t want anyone to be lost, so we ask You to give us the heart to pray for those who are lost. And as the whole world pauses to pray for the USA, help us also to pause to pray for this world that You love. Prayer “Fuel”: Lord, fellowship seems very important in Acts 2. You show up when Your people are together. Help us to walk together, to pray together, to do life together.
