Show Us Your Glory, Lord… June 9,2025…Keeping Close

Dear Praying Friends,

In a recent corporate prayer time, the word “redemption” was spoken repeatedly. According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word gaal is translated as redeem and also as avenge, ransom and deliver. I believe God is reminding us that He will restore broken things. This week, I will include scriptures about redemption. Even though sometimes prayer is difficult, let’s persevere. Thank you for your continued prayers for nation and neighbor. I also invite you to join me in continued prayer with this month’s theme:

SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD! HELP US TO THRIVE IN 2025 AND HELP US TO STAY CLOSE TO YOU IN THESE BUSY SUMMER DAYS!

Monday, June 9, 2025: A scripture about redemption: Ephesians 1:7

Prayer Pointer: “Redemption is not a one-time event; it is a lifestyle.” – Fred A. Filmore

Prayer Fuel: Lord, thank You for paying the ultimate price for our redemption. Help me, help my brothers and sisters everywhere to be truly grateful for the redemption that You provide. (add your own prayers) SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD! HELP US TO THRIVE IN 2025 AND HELP US TO STAY CLOSE TO YOU IN THESE BUSY SUMMER DAYS!

Think/Journal/Apply: Where have I seen God’s redemption in my life?

As You Have Time: Take some time for silence as we start the week. Take a deep breath and as you release it, let God know that You want to release your cares to Him.
