Dear Praying Friends,
Prayer is most importantly about a relationship with a Heavenly Father Who loves us. But as we pray for His Kingdom to come and His will to be done, we are engaging in an ongoing battle to bring His light into dark places. Because we have just celebrated Father’s Day this week, I’m going to meditate on the Father’s love for me and I hope you will pray right along. Even though sometimes prayer is difficult, let’s persevere. Thank you for your continued prayers for nation and neighbor. I also invite you to join me in continued prayer with this month’s theme:

SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD! HELP US TO THRIVE IN 2025 AND HELP US TO STAY CLOSE TO YOU IN THESE BUSY SUMMER DAYS!
Monday, June 15, 2025: A scripture about the Father’s love: Psalm 103:13
Prayer Pointer: Our heavenly Father understands our disappointment, suffering, pain, fear, and doubt. He is always there to encourage our hearts and help us understand that He’s sufficient for all of our needs. When I accepted this as an absolute truth in my life, I found that my worrying stopped.~Charles Stanley
Prayer Fuel: Thank You, Heavenly Father, for Your compassionate heart for me and all my brothers and sisters everywhere. Some days I get so tired in this world. Help me to look to You for the strength and the courage needed to continue to serve Your Kingdom. (add your own prayers) SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD! HELP US TO THRIVE IN 2025 AND HELP US TO STAY CLOSE TO YOU IN THESE BUSY SUMMER DAYS!
Think/Journal/Apply: What kind of father did you have and how did he influence you?
As You Have Time: Take some time for silence as we start the week. Take a deep breath and as you release it, let God know that You want to release your cares to Him.
