Show Us Your Glory, Lord… June 26,2025…Keeping Close

Dear Praying Friends, I was leading a prayer group using Psalm 23 as our theme and pointed out my insight: Psalm 23 is about RELATIONSHIP. As I have been praying about always welcoming the presence of Christ in my life, I recognize that welcoming Him means RELATIONSHIP. Let’s keep praying through Luke 9 today and add a reading of Psalm 23. Thank you for your continued prayers for nation and neighbor. I also invite you to join me in continued prayer with this month’s theme:

SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD! HELP US TO THRIVE IN 2025 AND HELP US TO STAY CLOSE TO YOU IN THESE BUSY SUMMER DAYS!

Thursday, June 26, 2025: Luke 9:54,Psalm 23

Prayer Pointer: To abide in Jesus is to make Him your home—not a guest you visit when you have time. It’s choosing daily dependence over occasional check-ins. It’s trusting Him in both the abundance and the drought. -Our Daily Verse

Prayer Fuel: …Lord Jesus, thank You for Your mercy upon us even when we don’t welcome Your presence. I want to welcome You today and everyday in relationship in my life. Help me to recognize You as my Shepherd and allow You to lead me in paths of righteousness. Help my brothers and sisters, too. (add your own prayers) SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD! HELP US TO THRIVE IN 2025 AND HELP US TO STAY CLOSE TO YOU IN THESE BUSY SUMMER DAYS!

Think/Journal/Apply: In what ways can you make more space for prayer in your day-to-day?

As You Have Time: The next annual National Day of Prayer is Thursday, May 7, 2026. But we don’t have to wait! I invite you to take a few moments today to pray for our MILITARY as they face dangers in their service both here and abroad.
