Dear Praying Friends,
Some days I feel a bit “lost” in all the noise of this world. I am grateful that Jesus promises to come looking for His “lost” sheep. Now let me clarify…I haven’t left my faith in Him. In fact, these are the days when I feel like I need Him even more. When I refer to “lost” I mean that sometimes confusion tries to knock me off course. But He watches over me with tender care and He sees my struggles. He sees your struggles, too, and when we stray even a bit, He comes looking for us. I’m so grateful I have Jesus as my Lord and that the Holy Spirit is here as my helper on earth. Don’t give up!
The scriptures I include here this week will have the theme of VICTORY!
Let’s keep praying for Nation and neighbor…
Thursday, July 31, 2025: Psalm 108:13
Prayer Pointer: Some pain feels unbearable. There are seasons where you wonder if the suffering will ever end—when the waiting feels endless, the prayers seem unanswered, and the weight of life presses in from all sides. But God sees you. ~Our Daily Verse
Prayer Fuel: Lord, help us to recall that we are praying from a stance of victory because You are the VICTORIOUS ONE and we belong to You. Help us to remember that these battles belong to You. Help us all to keep our eyes upon You during these very difficult days here on earth. Help us to stand firmly in faith and to resist fear in the Name of Jesus…(add your own prayers here) SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD! HELP US TO THRIVE IN 2025 AND FILL US WITH HOPE AGAIN!
Think/Journal/Apply: What are the things you know to be true about God? How do you know they’re true? How do those truths help you trust God more?

As You Have Time:
We have an annual National Day of Prayer that we observe the 1st Thursday of each May. Several others countries are now following our lead and establishing their own National Day of Prayer observances. But we don’t just pray one day a year for our nation. Would you take a moment and PRAY FOR OUR ARMED FORCES.
