Dear Praying Friends,
Friday, June 6, 2025 is the 81st anniversary of D-Day. I feel I should include a military prayer prompt in this blog post. Many places will be commemorating what happened on that day. Thank you for your continued prayers for nation and neighbor. I also invite you to join me in continued prayer with this month’s theme:

SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD! HELP US TO THRIVE IN 2025 AND HELP US TO STAY CLOSE TO YOU IN THESE BUSY SUMMER DAYS!
Friday, June 6, 2025: James 4:1-10
Prayer Pointer: Our military doesn’t just need good men and women who can serve. Our military needs good men and women who will pray for them. ~Crosswalk
Prayer Fuel: Lord, when we don’t listen to Your voice more intently than we listen to the voice of the world, it causes grave conflict. Forgive us for the warfare of mankind that has created distress in our world. Help each of us who love You to love our neighbors and to pray for Your Kingdom to come and Your will to be done in our Nation and our world. (add your own prayers) SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD! HELP US TO THRIVE IN 2025 AND HELP US TO STAY CLOSE TO YOU IN THESE BUSY SUMMER DAYS!
Think/Journal/Apply: How can I serve as a peacemaker?
As You Have Time: Listen to the D-Day prayer of President Franklin D. Roosevelt on June 6, 1944 here. And consider praying from 6 Powerful and Timely Prayers for Our Military.
Worship Song for Today: On repeat from yesterday’s post: Don’t Stop Praying

SHOW US YOUR GLORY, LORD! HELP US TO THRIVE IN 2025 AND HELP US TO STAY CLOSE TO YOU IN THESE BUSY SUMMER DAYS!

Next prayer/Bible prompt will be posted on Monday, June 9 at midnight.
Blessings to each of you, Gina
